Personal Training (1on 1) & Semi-Private Training (1-3 people per group):

JLT’s personal training program is designed to motivate clients by reaching goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. Each client will receive a fitness assessment prior to training to give us a better understanding of current level of fitness and provide a safe and effective exercise and fitness program design. All workouts are fun and challenging leaving you feeling accomplished after every session.
