Our Pro Athlete Off-Season Training program is specifically designed to optimize the performance of professional athletes, ensuring they are primed for peak physical condition when the season starts.

This program incorporates JLT’s four foundational pillars: Speed, Strength, Nutrition, and Recovery—all of which work together to maximize an athlete's potential.

Sports Rehab & Recovery

  • The Infrared Sauna at JLT Performance Gym enhances muscle relaxation and speeds recovery. Infrared heat penetrates muscles, boosting circulation and detoxification. This therapy reduces soreness, improves joint mobility, and alleviates stress, helping athletes recover faster and perform better. It’s essential to our holistic recovery and wellness approach.

  • These dynamic compression boots help improve blood flow, reduce muscle soreness, and speed up the recovery process. Athletes use them to recover from demanding workouts, alleviating tension in their legs and boosting recovery efficiency

  • Immersing the body in cold water after strenuous activity is one of the most effective ways to reduce inflammation and muscle soreness.

    The cold plunge helps athletes accelerate muscle repair, decrease swelling, and enhance overall recovery by promoting better blood circulation post-training.

  • Our massage therapists use specialized techniques to reduce muscle tightness, increase flexibility, and alleviate the stress of intense training. This therapy enhances muscle elasticity and can address specific areas of discomfort or injury.

  • On-site chiropractic services are available to ensure alignment and mobility, helping athletes avoid common injuries and promoting better posture and overall spinal health. This treatment is crucial for maintaining proper biomechanics during performance.

  • These therapies are used to reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and increase blood flow to the muscles, supporting faster recovery and injury prevention.

Sample Training week:

  • Monday/Thursday

    Linear Speed and Strength Training: Athletes will perform explosive speed drills with sled pushes, parachutes, or hill sprints, followed by strength training to build power and endurance.

  • Wednesday / Sunday

    Recovery Days: Athletes will focus on active recovery using modalities like infrared saunas, cold plunge, Therabody recovery boots, and pool training.

  • Tuesday/Friday

    Multi-Directional Speed and Strength Training: Athletes will perform agility drills with ladders, hurdles, and sand training to improve quickness, coordination, and direction changes, followed by strength training for power and stability.
