  • Semi- Private Training (1-3 Clients per Session)

    JLT’s semi-private training program offers personalized sessions for 1 to 3 clients, focusing on individual goals after a fitness assessment. This setup allows friends, co-workers, and family to train together, enhancing camaraderie while keeping sessions engaging and challenging. Clients leave motivated, progressing in their fitness journeys together.
